Last night and this morning I was having problems with my electric pedestal not providing electricity to the RV. I also needed to clean the interior lens of my Nikon camera, so I bit the bullet and drove 240 miles to Anchorage. It was a lovely drive, getting a few photos of Mount Denali again. Worked out the inverter problem in the van, stopped at Stewart’s Camera in Anchorage and got the camera cleaned. I bought a kit so I can do this myself from now on to avoid spots on my photos. I decided to drive back to Denali, but by the time I got to Wasilla, I decided that was not a good idea, so I camped out overnight at the Walmart parking lot there! It was rather cold, and I noticed I was starting to get a sore throat. Oh, no!
